Share Your Experience

Many families and legal decision-makers experience barriers, exclusion, or harm long before systems respond. When these experiences remain isolated, they are dismissed as individual disputes. When documented together, they reveal patterns that demand accountability.

Advocates for Access & Accountability (AAA) invites families, guardians, and substitute decision-makers to share experiences related to publicly funded disability care, including group homes and regulated or non-regulated care settings. Your experience matters. Shared responsibly, it helps prevent harm to others.
