Advocates for Access & Accountablity (AAA)  are a collective voice for families, caregivers, and citizens seeking transparency, care and collaboration across Ontario’s publicly funded care systems.  We believe that dignity is not granted. It is safeguarded through service, inclusion and oversight. Our mission is to bridge the gap between 

Advocates for Access & Accountablity (AAA)  are a collective voice for families, caregivers, and citizens seeking transparency, care and collaboration across Ontario’s publicly funded care systems.  We believe that dignity is not granted. It is safeguarded through service, inclusion and oversight. Our mission is to bridge the gap between policy and practice or service while ensuring that every vulnerable Ontarian receives care that honours their humanity, respects their rights and sustains their quality of life.

Far too often, families are left navigating complex, disconnected systems with little accountability or compassion. We stand with those families, opening doors to communication, collaboration  and reform. We are here to ensure lost voices are  are heard -  rights are protected and your loved ones are not forgotten.  Help build the record
